Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of VetCare Digital websites and software (the "Service") provided by VetCare Digital. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is offered to veterinary clinics and authorized staff. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your accounts.
2. Subscription and quotes
Pricing is provided on a quoted basis according to your clinic's needs. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your order form or commercial agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of veterinary or privacy regulations
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a clinic or pet owner
4. Clinic data and responsibilities
You retain ownership of data you submit. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from pet owners, ensuring records are accurate, and complying with applicable health, privacy, and professional obligations. We process clinic data only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
VetCare Digital and its licensors own the Service, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription for internal clinic operations.
6. Availability and support
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Support scope and response times depend on your plan.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VetCare Digital is a practice management tool; clinical decisions remain your professional responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, unless a higher minimum is required by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate according to your agreement. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it subject to legal retention requirements.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be communicated where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
